Group dance classes are a fun way to progress to higher levels of dance in a social setting. Group dance classes are ideal for beginner and intermediate levels students to e learn basic dance patterns and rhythms.

For competitive dancesport dancers, our instructors are ready to train your mind, body and spirit, challenging you to continually dance at your best. You’ll feel your dancing evolve and grow as your skills become more subtle and fine-tuned. Chevy Chase Ballroom has produced many champions and finalists in Pro-Am and Amateur competitions.

Social Dance Parties
Social Dance Parties, held once a month, are a wonderful way to practice new moves with other students and instructors. Parties are relaxed and casual; we’re focused on fun with zero stress. We play great music that includes all the ballroom dance styles we offer including Swing, Salsa, Cha Cha, Tango, Waltz and many others. No matter what your skill level, you’re welcome to join. Come dance with us! No partner necessary.
Our studio is open for practice to CCB members and the general public by appointment only for the time being. Please call to make your appointment.
Fees for Open Practice:
- $20 for 45 min, per person or couple
- Free for CCB Members
