Dance Instructor Jobs at Chevy Chase Ballroom, Washington, DC

Join a team where artistry meets stability. Teach ballroom, Latin, and social dance at Washington DC's longest-running studio, since 1968.

Chevy Chase Ballroom is hiring dance instructors in Washington, DC. Located in the Friendship Heights neighborhood of Northwest DC, steps from the Friendship Heights Metro station, our studio has been the heartbeat of the DC dance community since 1968. We're looking for passionate dancers to join our teaching team in the Chevy Chase area and greater DMV region.

What sets us apart: we provide relocation support for out-of-area candidates and paid instructor training for those new to teaching. No prior teaching experience is required if you have a strong dance background. Whether you're a recent dance school graduate, a performing artist looking for stable work, or an experienced ballroom dance teacher, we want to hear from you.

Our instructors come from world-class backgrounds: coaching Cirque du Soleil artists, training Paralympic athletes, and competing at World Championship level. You'll learn alongside mentors who are actively competing and evolving. The teaching mix includes group classes and private lessons across ballroom, Latin, and social dance styles.
