Your Role
- Teach engaging group classes and private lessons
- Coach students toward showcases and personal goals
- Contribute to class flow and curriculum ideas
- Be a positive, professional presence on and off the floor
What We’re Looking For
- Experience teaching Ballroom or strong dance background with a desire to teach
- Clear communication and a student-first mindset
- Professional reliability (punctual, prepared, team-oriented)
- Availability for prime hours (evenings/weekends)
